The major cities Junon Polis, Eucar, and Xita all have return scrolls. It's been a while now, and I have not seen an Ancient Oasis or Desert City of Muris return scrolls. Makes sense that there would be one.

And don't say teleportation tickets because those are IM. Might as well remove all return scrolls and have everyone use teleport tickets from IM instead

I am sure these scrolls will be added somewhere in the future. The only difference with other scrolls would be that this scroll can only be used by people who have an Arua or Hebarn Fate.

Nevertheless I added your idea to the list and included a 'new' button.
