I was just wondering how many cards can you get out of a Mystical Card Album? Also wondered which were the best and which the worst, and what the price is on them on avg. I just want to know if it might be worth the risk of opening the ones I got as i usually have terrible luck with this kind of thing.

example...breaking 35 panties and managing to slot just one. opening first normal card album and getting Poring or Drop card.

It's to depressing to list my other examples of my bad luck.

save yourself the trouble~ MCA's has such a WIDE range for the price of the cards it produced which is anywhere from 200k zeny to 1b zeny. if you have horrible luck i suggest selling it unless you feel like taking a crack at it. just dont be upset when you get something less fancy than the MCA itself

If on valk server, there is probably a little higher chance to get maya purple (because ghostring and deviling don't drop from it unless there are temporary new-patch blunders).

Arc Angeling is probably the only other card that exceeds the value of the mca.

So since the market forum is basically dead, how much is a ghostring card on ymir nowadays? I was lucky enough to get one from my second MCA.

about 300m.

When you consider your *BEST* possible card is deviling at 1bil (on the high side), thats only 20 MCA's approximately. MCA's true value should be around 10-15m with the current prices of things, not sure why people pay 50m for something that only has a 3-4x greater chance than regular OCA at DR etc. Would get a much better return opening 10-12 OCA's.

Well if you think the prices are inflated now I am not sure what you would say to what the prices were like only 2 weeks or so ago before the box event came out. lol prices ranged from 50-90m take a look below.

I mean the only reason they are so "low" now as 40-45m is because of the flood from the boxes. What I really hated was that I opened 3 MCA and 2 KVM boxes. I so would have preffered 5 KVM boxes tbh.

Well here again is proof for you all how bad my luck is for things like this. Got tired of trying to sell or trade mine so went ahead and opened them.

I would say around 20mil since there isn't a lot of zeny in the economy yet.

So i got tempted to open 3 of these and it didnt really end quite well...

1x - Mastering Card
1x - Owl Baron Card
1x - Cat O' Nine Tails Card

i'd rather sell the MCAs and just let the real gamblers do the opening thingy.

2 reasons.

A) people vend at prices that never sell
B ) some (dumb) people have absolutely no concept of risk vs reward. they think they are lucky if they get a DR from 30 MCA's(that would be extremely luck statistically at least), even though they paid 150% for it.
