A lot of the fan-site links are dead links or no longer updated.

It would be nice to have the "OFFICIAL" site updated with helpful information, such as a list of all Skills + DNA at every level. Its a bit silly that the official site does not provide it and relies on dated fan-sites.

Helium has no time to update it since he's the only person working on the game.

Yes, the only way to have that is if someone of the community know how to do web pages (or at least modify that one) and then sent it to gravity, because if we wait for them, then we wont see any changes any time soon.

The biggest issue is how to get all the information about the different skills. Unless you expect gamers to extract the information from the game installation files through questionable means, the only other way is to use lots of reset skills on a level 79 toon for each class.

All the information I know comes form outdated web pages.

It doesn't need to be a fancy web page just standard text on the forum will do, just as long as it is the up-to-date.

some ppl got legal tools to read the game data.

like someone extracted the models and armors , rendered them and added nice pics to armor gallery. looks like this ppl are inactive/quit now.

just not allowed to change them in any way

Lol, good one. the site will never be updated. Helium tweaked it a bit some time ago, and guess everyone at Gravity was pleased. Funny how this game has 4 races but only 3 have their mug shot there, that bit bugged me since the introduction of the elves.

The fact is that gravity does not care, never did. They are here to milk the game and not care for it at all. It's like milking an untended cow, it gives milk, eventually, but not quality involved. Guess gravity settles for the pocket change with minimum effort :)

Any clue where I can get this software that allows me to extract the information? No point holding ones breath in getting the listing from official sites.

I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed really, you can't change anything unless you have more advanced tools. I have a few friends that used vdk extractors to look at some stat information.
