Very much needed is a /roll command or similar for a party master, for the party to all 'cast a die'.

So many raids are going wrong with people not rolling correctly, it would be nice to be able to re-roll without having to kill other mobs, or roll without the item being taken automatically by the winner.

no whats simpler is to have it so only the leader of party can let drops be rolled on. then whatever dropped, they kick everyone from pt who did not call that drop before hand. After thats done, you bring them back. simple -_-

Heh yea. I don't have the people resources of a big guild (although we are getting there), so have to recruit from random people to fill parties.

Starting to think the best way is to pick up all items myself, then roll outside and dish them out -_-

Dio's method sounds good too.

A few tips:
-put Appointment, and only select people you trust
-create a new chat window that only show the System chat, that way you can see only the rolls
-always roll at the end, that way you can have more control

Now, about the suggestions, i think that maybe a Pause button, to stop the item timer and prevent people from roll out of class.
