Battle of the Clans!!!
2 GM's will be needed. once this gets started it can be done bi-monthly.
no boosters or buff sets, only buff from their cleric. 1 GM on each side to watch that clan before and during the fight.
2 party's 12 in total, 1 cleric each party. the clans can pick there best fighters and healers.
The winning clan will get a new costume to wear with pride, till the next battle of the clans, before the next war, all will return the costume to the GM to give to the next winner.

they all get buffed at the same time in front of a GM.

I like it. Would be something to do at least. I am sure if the GMs think it through they can figure out ways to keep people from using buffsets, etc.

hi MOM!! 
well, when everyone is standing in front of the GM, the cleric does only 1 set of buffs. no asking for hp, ms. they have to have the 1 set to do the war in.
