Certain items that can't be traded -ahem item mall things- should have a limited trade ability. This means the item cannot be vended, but can be traded to a different account for one of their limited trade ability items if both players haven't traded a limited trade ability item in the last 24* hours.

Example- Player one trades her black ninja mask for player two's pink power suit jet pack. Both are limited trade ability items so they can be exchanged between one another and the two players cannot carry out another trade for 24* hours.

I somewhat agree, but making an item tradable but not vendable is paradoxical because players would just trade it for money anyway. However, I would allow unlimited trades within the same WP account. This would make the ingame economy a lot healthier, but it would most certainly affect Gravity's income. Thus, I doubt it'll happen.
