Once you get to El Dicastes and head to the archive, there seems to be no way to continue the quest. Is something missing?

Got past this part by talking to the documents multiple times (as usual, how wonderfully annoying), but I'm stuck on thor 2F. I did find a Powerful Lava Energy NPC but it just says "someone already used this place" so I don't know if it's the correct NPC or not.

OK I can report I was able to obtain the Comet spellbook. Although it's misspelled "Curmit".

I can't seem to get past this point. Its giving me the message that all the other spots give to anyone without the alt+u entry; however, I have the alt+u entry for this spot.

nvm, required item was denture of dragon mask.

The english in this needs some work though!

The irowiki guide doesnt tell you where Lea and Velof are

They are both in the Mage Guild in Geffen. Added that bit.
