For when stupid crap like this happens:


When you skill an enemy and they are running away, sometimes you get stuck in the animation and get stuck inside a while. You can't move or do anything but die.

or when the dusk goes down and you get teleported into a wall and have to relog. I think a good idea may be make it so that you can scroll but your character will be stuck and you won't move or consume items for like 10 seconds or so. This prevents people from using it to escape combat but at the same time enable people to scroll out of situations such as the ones you and I have mentioned.

I've mentioned something along these lines ages ago ._.

even if they just made it a 40 sec delay before u teleport in a map, that should work as well....
