That wouldn't fit in the Rose universe. In my opinion, transformers was a bad idea already =,=.

Copyrights only apply if you directly copy protected content.
If you recreate and use different names that are in no way related to the copyrighted material, (Ie, sport bot and truck bot), you are in a legal "gray zone".
Since there is such a thing as artistic freedom, it is easy to create all of the above stated costumes, as long as they are in no way in detail alike.

Wolverine could easily be Jaguar with 4-5 claws instead of 3 like Wolverine has.
Captain America could become Captain Rose and have a shield consisting of a rose shape. Color wise you are safe since colors are hard to copy right. I know only one instance where a color has been copyrighted, and that is in Sweden.

So as long as you use artistic freedom, and don't utilize "proper" names and 100% copied detail, you are fine in the eyes of the law so to say.

for some reasons these movies are still being made with targeted release time around when "original" movies are being released

on the other hand someone can take you to the court for way obvious similarity between your or their product

It was the hulk but I use bulk so it's not copyrighted
