Megingjard is a GOD Item that is an accessory that gives the following

Str + 50 + (Base Level/5)
If the user's base Str is 120 or higher, increases physical damage against boss monsters by 10%.
Def +2, MDef +7

i read somewhere that 120 int and str, and 80 vit was best for maximum damage output. Gfist has a fixed cast time and flee doesn't affect Gfist. Therefore Dex is not needed. Correct me if im wrong.

wouldn't that vit mostly affect a skill like Gates of hell? Not so much Gfist?

Sadly a lot of ppl would have assumed it was a troll because it is a commonly known exceptionaly sought after item, or was more pre renewal.

Peoples fear of being laughed at for falling prey to a troll and looking stupid sadly prevents other peoples learning.

I think the Vitality is more so you survive longer while doing the gfist lol

Every 1 DEX provides the following:

• Increased damage of bows, guns, whip and instrument attacks
  
  • +1 status attack damage, +0.5% weapon attack
• Hit (chance to land hit on enemy) +1
• Decrease Cast time
• Every 5 DEX: Melee attack +1
• Every 5 DEX: +1 Magic attack
• Every 5 DEX: +1 Magic defense

After 110 Str, u need 24 points for every 1 str = 1 attack
Dex u need like 2~4points till 40 = More attack.

I am trying to level a Sura and it's currently level 105. There aren't many guides out in terms of leveling past 100. I am currently doing Magmarings and it's giving me 0.03% per kill. I mean, is this right? It'll take me like 3000 kills for a level which is painfully long and just doesn't seem right. I have tried Magma Dungeon as well but it's also slow even when mobbing. Also costs a lot of pots/straws for such a minimal exp gain.

Well there is always MS tanking for turn in's, that doesn't use up really any noticeable zenny can be slower than doing nog solo.

Not sure if they fixed Kunlun or not but you may try level there, will check myself.

I'm about to transcend into a Champ and I don't want to put my skill points where it's not needed... Is it worth it to get Raging Palm Strike or is it just a waste of points?

 

As for the kind of Sura I'm planning, it's mostly going to be for solo PvM, and maybe MVP if I'm feeling ambitious. What kind of stats should I aim for? 

 

In terms of Zenny... Well I have enough. Not enough to afford a RWH, but enough to get a Carga Mace at least. I have all the elemental fists too, I wonder if I should sell it now if it's not going to be useful. 

 

Any tips would be helpful. Thank you!

 

EDIT: I read the forum again (skipped one page, oops) and edited my skill set to take out raging palm strike and lower the level for Iron Fist. I also forgo the tiger cannon and maxed rising dragon instead, is this better?: http://irowiki.org/~...N1dAGAkSrBdnIn1

@alyst. Just curious, seeing as how sky blow seems to be the most efficient way of leveling  early on for sura does this mean that we would have to reset and get rid of agi as we reach the higher level?

Ok I need a little help here, Im new to the game and my first char decided to go for Sura.

Made the Acolyte and now Im a Monk following the path.

 

Currently Char Monk lvl90 / jlvl50 - Using Eden Equipment

 

Im pretty stuck in the level up scene, I was hunting Goats / Grand Pecos / Metalings and those stuff but now I earn only 0,15% each mob ...

When I try to go a few monsters lvl 90 or turtle sland I notice a lot of miss in my hits and combos, its pretty much impossible to level up there ...

 

Then I made a little search and found the 100% hit necessary (since Im new I was unaware of that stat a bit), I currently have 50 dex and hit around ~330. After looking this topic OP said we need like 70 dex...

 

Monsters that gave a little bit more of exp are 100% hit around ~355.

 

I trie to find some dex/hit gear to help me to go up to lvl99 but I could not find anything possible to afford, Drops Cards (1 dex / 3 hit) are like 2M in my Server, and I am not the richest person in the earth, first char, using all gold to buy consumables to keep lvling and ya you know the story...

 

What should I do from now on? Create a new char since I have no dex to spend? Continue to kill metalings and Pecos and turn into 99 next year?

 

Is there any solution?

@uberMey what server are you playing on???  drops cards on chaos renewal are approx 80k per ragial, and even mummy cards (+20 hit) are 700K.  2MM is ridiculous for a crappy drops card.

I bought 2 Galio Cards (+5 Hit) and a Mummy Card (+10 Hit).

 

Then I realize the Mummy Card is for Weapon, and I am using Eden Mace, it does not have slot.

 

What weapon should I go for ? try to buy a stunner and socket it?

 

With those + 15 Hit I will go for 365 Hit, still low for hunt stuff 90+ since Bears and Roweens are like 370+, will I miss them too much? Where should I hunt?

Stuck at lvl 97 and half with my champ,doing the bounty missions from eden (siroma,roween,solider,freezer,etc,etc) but the xp is really really low...anyone got some advice on how to proceed to get that last lvl and half i need to reach Sura?

 

Oh and btw im a non Vip and my gear is so so,nothing fancy,posting a pic in case its of any help,thanks in advance for the replies
