It's much more meaningful to set some limits on what hp mods you feel are worth considering. Is this trivia (what's the highest possible?) or practical (what's the highest possible for any practical purpose?)? Do you count stats only obtainable with a stat reset? Etc
I can think of.... 250 vit (stat reset, MC from 120 vit maestro, then add 120 vit, plus BC stats, +30 from food, and +1x from dual bris, and some other odds and ends)...
Then +3000 (hp inc pot).
Then +275% hp on top of that (Tao, BC HP, Variants, Naught Flame, 150 vit Song of Lutie)
so (22260 * (3.5) +3000)*2.25 = 222k hp.
Probably forgot some things. I'd bet 250k is possible under absurdly optimized conditions (and is trivial if BC or SoL stacks the way you want it to with other % hp mods - not sure if it does).
The catch of course is that this is of only academic interest (actually, not even that, unless you're an academic), because there's no way that this level of balls-to-the-wall max hp would ever be used in practice.

i've always wanted to know the answer myself. i'm tired of the rumors of a rune knight going around with 350k hp. now that i know that it's impossible to have over 250k even in the most ideal conditions, i can finally put aside some curiosity.
350K HP is possible if u activate Frenzy.......
