Hi, my ro client was running fine a few hours ago, just tried to run it again from desktop icon and now a white screen appears. The client itself pops up, but doesnt make it to the log in screen, just straight to a full white screen. Tried a fresh re-install but same problems happening.

Anyone know about this or have any solutions? thanks

Sounds like the graphics need to be adjusted, try using the Setup program from your Start Menu Programs. Try unchecking Lightmap and Fog.

Thanks, it seemed to be a graphics problem. Some of the previous settings didnt want to work for some reason, but all fixed now

i have a white screen too but i can see the ui but i cant actually select my character and get into the game

Does your problem concern Ragnarök Online or Ragnarök Online 2? This is the Ragnarök Online section of the forum.

thank you for this. it helped me and now i can play again. i posted something about this with screenshots but the admin who helped told me i needed my physx updated. i had everything updated on my new alienware so i knew it wasnt my comp. all my other graphics heavy games work with no problems. thank you thank you. i almost gave up on RO2.

I'm glad to hear that your problem with RO2 was solved by advice meant for RO1 two and a half years ago.
