Terms and Conditions (in case you didn't know): 

took me a while to figure out too

 

The general rule of personal art commissions is that while you own the art to use it in whatever personal setting (non-commercial) you wish, I retain the legal copyrights to the image. This means that I can also use the commission image in whatever setting I want, including making prints of them to sell (which I personally won't, since I don't really sell at conventions, but we never know.) or for my own promotional purposes, or for any artbook I may wish to produce in the future.

 

 

Ground Rules:

 

1. I have the right to refuse drawing for anyone I want, especially those who don't read the rules! 
2. No refunds, unless I fail to deliver.
3. No deadlines.
4. No pose specifications, but please feel free to give me a blurb of your character's personality!
5. Nothing pervy! but I do like sexy 
6. All commissions will have a little signature on them. As long as you don't edit it out on purpose, cropping it out for like profile pics is fine

7. Listed price below are the base prices. Mounts/pets/additions will be added to the price of course. BGs can be negotiated as well if I think I can do it.

8. For a second character, price is doubled, so on and so forth.

9. Prices may be adjusted based off of demand, though existing commissions will not be affected.

10. Whatever else that may pop up that I might add up here.

The Commission Process:

 

1. Please PM me here to order - with links to your sprite references, character description, equips, preferred eye color if any AND include your email. or you can just send me a message to steal a slot and give descriptions later.

​    Basic etiquette is to be expected. 

 

2. If I accept, full payment upfront before I start - personally traded in game apparently - Hopefully I can meet everyone properly ahah

 

3. If you ordered anything colored, I'll do a sketch, which will be reduced in size and emailed to you for adjustments.

 

4. After approval, the commission will be lined ->colored -> finished.

 

5. Final product will be emailed in a bigger size.

Its a slippery slope, basically the fan arts are created from copy right material owned by Gravity so selling for money to profit yourself isn't much allowed on here for obvious reasons. For zeny....ehhh its not really encouraged but not discouraged....though its preferred if you keep it private. For WPE, definitely not public, keep it private...I think its fine because Gravity is still profiting from their material just indirectly.
