change lvl 79 hp/dmg buffs be party buff, it can be single target buff before that ifyoulike iduncare.
because they have such a hard time buffing everyone i dont see a reason not to make it a partybuff again.

why not - WL HP (and the other) Buff is a party buff too. It doesnt guarantee everyone will be buffed up at all time, it just makes it easier.
I have mainly large raids in mind, in pvp I snack you in a few hits with or without Elem buff you wont feel a difference

no, hp buff is not the problem and bugle doesn't matter much cos melee have it hard anyway

believe it or not 231 magic dmg is a lot, and i rather get hit for 2.5k than 3k not like it isn't hard enough already

make it pve only then

considering that pretty much everyone runs around with resistance scad is a bigger issue than magic dmg itself.
same goes for bugle and melee.

make it party buff.

if i was defi or saker with same gears would be waayyy easier and i would love elem party buff, untill then no! you have it easy enough ok?!

Its not us that will have it easier, its the Elementalists, think about them! Having to buff everyone on raids and stuff. Its too hard! And ppl are like "Buff me Buff me" all the time.
And we all know there is no "only pve" solution. But wth even in pvp it wouldnt make you cry more then you are doing now already.

rrright. would at least need 5 sec of stun + fear and another stun probably in that time i would be dead 3 times

so when i rape you, i rape you slowly and painfully and yes i enjoy it too.

also elems won't have the pleasure of buffing random people or friends without having the need to party them and i am sure many of them enjoy doing that
