One of many issues contributing to game balance issues is the fact that some classes have armor sets that provide excellent bonuses, while others are left with bonuses that are not useful and/or do not play off of the class's specific strengths.

This topic is for discussing this discrepancy and how it can best be resolved. As a general guide for replies, try including things like:

1. Sets that you feel are overpowered
2. Sets that you feel are underpowered
3. Sets that don't fit the class they're made for
4. Sets that enable a class to stack too much of a particular stat

Etc., etc.

I dunno what you're talking about. Stuff like Infiltrator Anukus is perfect.
Seriously!

Every set on Paladin that has STR on it. I'd rather make STR useful though in which this thread is not the place for it. Thanks for guiding this though, Rim.

Also just about every Secmathian except Priest goes in number 3.

The Eva on the Sentinel/PF sets should be swapped out for Aim % or a flat + Aim

Should remove crit damage entirely from paladin sets.

i dont think ANY class should have crit dmg on 3 pieces only, being able to stack that high is only helpful when its required to even attempt to beat +20 armor people in end game pvp which is another problem in itself.

Make classes like invoker have regular sets on par with myrms...30%+ aim 100%cd yes please!

Sorcerers need that aim more, and just because you have an Invoker that you can't use well in PvP, doesn't mean everyone wants it to be overpowered. Invoker is meant to be a support class, not a class that can spam attacks and have epic aim...

Simply move the crit damage bonus to the 5 or 6-piece bonus instead of the 3-piece and increase it a bit to maybe 150%? Instead of the ~250-300% that they can currently stack with the set mixing ALONE. Hence, putting the most popular/valuable stat at the 5-piece or 6-piece place (which eliminates people's option to mix sets), instead of dumb "hp recovery" -.- Srsly.

Invoker sets. Just epic facepalm. Whichever developer who decided invokers needed more hp/mp recovery and int should really put down his papers and actually play the game. :waddle: The ONLY high level set that is even decently good is the secmathian set. (15% aim, 100% cd, 55 int bonus) <-- Again with the 55 int as the LAST bonus? :handshake:

I've only played pally and invoker so I have no input on other classes >.>

Give sorcerers aim, in my opinion its to hard for them to achieve it.
You could probably replace the hlt for aim. It'd probably be more useful.

Any set that has any hp/mp recovery stat in any form should be burned.

This actually is a big concern of mine. I would like to see the sets to be changed to be useful for the classes who wear them, having the workings of stats changing goes directly in line with this issue. So instances of intelligence/strength being meh now, could translate into being great stats in the future.
