So, why did you guys decide to change just that particular Paladin skill? It just happened to be the main one I used in Pve all the freakin' time! Why, Why, Why?

I don't see why you make a big deal out of it... they just changed the name of the skill (because it had the wrong name to begin with). It's not like they changed the skill itself...

You're wrong. They changed the skill as a whole. Instead of giving 5% physical and magical attack, this skill now gives 5% physical and magical defense, but the skill remains an Aura.

Then my patch broke, because mine still says patk and matk. That wouldn't be the first time for this to happen though.

Lol, yeah, from what I can see, the patch broke for a lot of people. Some people don't see NPCs, others can't use portals and my friend had a huge amount of negative gold and no SP for her skills which were all reset.

We didn't change the skill. The description may have changed over the versions, which is why it displays 1 way for some users and another way for others. For our current one, it displayed defensive. I'll have to review the skill to what the skill actually gives stat-wise other than what is displayed. Again, as the patch notes state, it was a name change.

There is an offensive and defensive aura as far as Paladin skills go. The offensive aura may have changed.

Regardless, all of the auras except for Time Reverse are more or less entirely useless because % increases are microscopic. The loss of the offensive aura is no big one.
