Updated this to just use the Wiki pages since that is all updated with the items, might add which are and are not account bound ect. later on.

To get the actual items you need to open the Item Mall window by clicking the coins near the mini map or Alt+B then selecting the items you want and buying them. These will be sent to your Purchases tab in the same window.

This rune prevents equipment from breaking and reduces degrading by 1 during a refine attempt. Also provides a 5% increase to the chance of success during refine attempts.

Does anyone know if the skill books stack up (movement speed + 10% x 2 books etc.) ?

They do not.

are the cleric IM party buffs the same as the ones we have now but just buffs the entire party? also do we need to use skill points to learn them? i already max out my buffs but i have no skill points left. i am looking to buy them but dont want to waste my IM point unless I can afford to use them.

Alt+b left side there is a tab called purchased.

I have purchased Items but the item mall window will not allow me to redeem items.

Drag them in your inventory from purchase tab

IM buffs do not consume skill points. As long as you meet the requirement for the IM buffs (regular buffs in muse/cleric tab have to be maxed), you can just learn the IM buffs. IM buffs can also save you skill points if you decide to skill reset. They are permanent, not affected by job/unique skill resets. So when you reset your skills, instead of putting points into regular buffs, you have the option of using those extra skill points for something else. (max defense passive, heals.. etc) Just remember to add skill points towards HP/MP buff in muse tab because theres no IM buff for that.

how does re-roll hammers work? coz I see the guide of making zulies and he said there that if you have an item with stats close to the max possible stats for that u use re-roll hammers to make it to max? so does that mean it re-rolls and if success it upgrades the appraisal stats to the next tier? I'm quite confused...

It works very complicated. I wouldn't even touch them if you don't know what you're doing, as you're only wasting your money.
