I Had a BMx3 active on my Bard when I turned in Arclouse and Gargoyle quests for just base exp. VIP's exp with a BMx3 is supposed to multiply the total exp the quest should have given. After doing the math, this was approximately 13.9 Million when everything was said and done. One of ~4m, one of ~3.5 one of ~3.2 and one of ~2.1. It said I recieved that. My Bard was a Base level of 91. According to EXP Charts, 91 Pre-trans is 10,295,800 exp. After the turn ins, My bard ended up at 95, which is 16,895,800 exp. If it were adding up correctly it should have put me to being either 97 or 98.

Can anyone explain this? It almost seems as if my BM didn't actually effect the exp at all

You can only gain one level from each "chunk" of exp. Since you received 4 chunks, you can gain at most 4 levels.
