What was the issue.... Cause i just got bugged when finishing the quest. They didnt give me the Necklace of Oblivion and the game is acting like i did.... i have no idea what to do.nvm fixed.

same issue here.. I tried talking to guildsman "assassin expert huey" and he says I don't have the necklace and I need to get it again. Now I'm stuck and he won't warp me to take the test again.

It happens exactly the same to me. I don't get the necklace and not even the weapon. I'm trapped.
