Have the slow effect separate from the damage... Sucks that the main AOE of Tempest is useless on all the main Bosses and ST/ET mobs... Seeing how you made the slow suck now, fix the damn skill...

just remove the slow entirely, literally makes no diff now

edit: replace slow with hp regen debuff maxing at 5% reduction and a duration of 1 second to affirm for all it is ridiculous

it does make a difference...lol...not in tbs though...otherwise with slow i hit the other person at least 2-4 more ticks depending on which way they run...just with LR+Hl+Gl thats quite a few hits

With the change they will make today (ST mobs being able to be CCed), i would said that a good change would be to make mobs to move at 5.5 m/sec again. That would be a good enough change for me, since those mobs moving at 8.0 m/sec, nulify all the slow effect from the Tempest's slows.

Yeah... 8.0m movement is stupid.... At least LR will damage them now.... They still need to fix it tho vs Boss and ET...

NO! they should separate damage from the slow effect of LR, but allow it to stack with holy bolt, its not like LR and holy bolt really slow anyone down anyway. this game should have a mechanic where when an attack hits it has a chance to stun/slow, but if the stun or slow missing should have nothing to do with the person being hit. I hate that, when i crit holy bolt on a person that cant be slowed (commanders) it misses.
