15. In the event that a fighter disconnects prior to the match beginning, a restart may be declared at the GM's discretion. If a fighter disconnects after the match has begun, no restarts will be allowed.

o god. please tell me handicap and only normal un enchant or soulcrafted 25 weapons are allowed
not using handicap in naked can cause 1 combo insta kills with 100% success rate. It'll be first to combo wins..

ITs a general rule, since this format maybe used at a later date for higher level cahracters.

As for the weapon, has to be Vanilla, plain. No enchantments, no souldcraft.

as for naked, later you say choose accessories before hand, so does that mean naked meaning no gloves, shoes, chest, back, bottom, shoulder, helm, and you can have everything else like belts, rings, neckless, pets, etc?

Hastur. I would strongly encourage that you force players to use level 20 weapon. Not 25. Level 20 weapon alone can cause ohko combos in a naked pvp without handicap.

Handicap adds 1k defense. Without it, people are going to die to just a few skills

I completely disagree. Rangers can't use level 20 weapon, (bow) because it'll restrict them from using some skills. The only level 20 weapon that they can use is a level 20 weapon that they get from promotion but it comes specialed. Other classes can't use 20 either because it would restrict them from a lot of skills. Remember what I told you!

no point in restricting 4th job skills since the level limit means there will be no 4th job people in it.

I agree with Grapefruit/Nilla, applying a handicap would be a good idea for the reason mentioned.

The first round is a 4 person FFA match. If an archer is aas spaming someone, one of the other two people can come, hit the pf to break the aas, and then KS the person who was being spammed. Therefore, aas spam isn't going to allow archers to win until they get to the later rounds, where it's 1v1.

Stumblebum would make anyone hit by it useless for 30 seconds, but the problem is that it's difficult to catch without it for myrms. Not sure if their damage offsets it, though.

I'm concerned about stumblebum. It's frustrating as a myrm to catch without it or sd though. But level 5 stumblebum in the game is going to devastate everything. I reccomend that you unblock sword dance for GLADIATOR ONLY, and ban stumble instead.
