Comparison request: Glorious Rapier vs Elemental Sword for Acid Bombing

Anyone wanna do the Math for me?

depends on refine... elemental is better up till +8
rapier is better at +9 and higher

idk the exact math... i just tested this a long time ago lol

Is there an Acid Bomb formula out there for Renewal? The calculators I find are always way off but I can't for the life of me find the updated formula...

same set up... i do about 4x the dmg then was calced out

glorious rapier is prolly the best... high plus hf is gonna yield the highest dmg... but for obvious reasons ur gonan find urself at a disadvantage dmg wise... glorious rapier and 3x kingbird elemental have very similiar dmgs at 8~10... but 11 and higher... its very noticable the the rapier is better...

it really depends lol... cze "best" is really dependent on how much you wanna spend and what your bombing

yea idk why it doesnt show up in the window... its not a mastery type but i havent paid enough attention to see if it only affects cart type skills or anything else
but i do see a difference in damamge when using CB with CC

Unless it has changed recently again, as of mid august or so ( maybe earlier.... I forget when it changed) it was working only on cart skills. Originally when renewal came out it worked on everything, then we seemed to have a sneak patch or something and it started working only with the cart skills like the desc said. Went from adding ~400 or so extra DMG from melee to almost none, cart skills stayed the same with extra damage when boost was up.

With +7 Triple kingbird Elemental Sword (int=107+16/str=52+12) did between 81~87k with AB on Mooni(medium,Def154,vit93) stripped(without:weapon,shield,hat,armor) i did 21k, can someone with a similar build and hf or other weapon can test on mooni?
and just to make sure if iam right,
% of size affect ab?
the 10% more damage from Elemental Sword affect ab too?
if both yes that means more 35% of damage in players with none elemental armor, but i belive that only affect a little part of the formula, not the final damage.

edit: 91~94k AB on drake, same build less 1 int(changing to water armor)

the 10% neutral part refers to outgoing damage... since acid bomb is forced neutral it always gets the 10% increase

yea monster size affects acid bomb depending on your weapon... i can do testing sometime this week for you guys

110 base ~130 total through equips.... Don't remember having food / VIP buffs on.

Same equips, Margretha Soren MVP was 130-135K in Prontera on 11/12/11

I don't know if this was asked in the thread but I'm going to ask because I'm too lazy to read the whole thing, but...

What is the best weapon for BOTH Acid Bomb and Cart Cannon?
I just want to own ONE weapon for both of these skills (and no I don't have money for a Mjolnir) because I don't want to spend more money on other weapons that I might never use...

no skills wont proc other skills, but as cerulean said in another thread, you can use a valk mant to make pulse strike proc to keep monsters off you

idk the exact formula... just know its more or less the same cept for instead of just your int, it takes in your weapon atk and matk
