Best way of doing it would be to remove all your gears so you don't flee as much and have him remove his weapon to limit the damage. Once RTB hits you, it is automatically copied and added to your skill list(as a passive). If you are a Rogue, try your best not to be hit with any other skills so you don't lose it afterwards

You don't necessarily need to be damaged in order to change your copied skill. You simply need it to be successfully casted on you whether it misses or not for your copied skill to be overridden.Find a Monk or a fellow Rogue/Stalker/Shadow Chaser that has it. Both of you enter PvP and let him hit you till you get it.

It's Intimidate as well. I lose Flying Kick every so often, and all I'd need is to get someone to Flying Kick me to get it back. And in many cases it misses due to the damage being too low. I would know. That's Reproduce.

Don't ever expect any stranger will give you skills to plagiarize!

^to above post, there are plenty of folks sitting around who probably wouldn't mind though. No hurt in asking? Whats the worst that could happen? Someone say no?
