Hey I'm an old player that stop playing shortly before third gen chars were available and just stared back up today. I registered and when i was going to make my char. i realized char slots 4-9 were not available. I've been on other servers were they were available. Is this just an IRO server thing or am i missing something that will unlock them later?
Only Three Charcters? Please exsplain

Im new also and just started playing again, i read that its part of the non VIP thing. So if you pay for VIP access then you get all the char slots but non VIP's get only 3 char slots.
