Sometimes it stop the opponent for 4s (which is normal), but sometimes it only stop for 1s.
Have tried to different classes, different ppl with same class, and to same person but different time (today, yesterday, or whatever). And tried to stop the person while he/she is jumping, when using skills, or when is debuffed.
At first i thought it only stop the opponent for 1s in duel, and while the opponent is jumping. But today, it also happened in pvp (and duel too), and the opponent is on the ground. So, it seems really random to me =.=.
