The medals for Christmas mailed to us are bugged like the Level 80 medals. Here are some things wrong:

-Medal appears in Equipment inventory.
-Double clicking equips medal and puts the un-equipped medal in your inventory.
-Some medals can be enchanted and soulcrafted. Examples are some pvp medals and enchanting medals.
-Unequiping medal while you wear it removes it permanately.
-Unaccessable from Journal.

Yea... mine disappeared when I unequipped it. I'm guessing I lost the medal.

Dang it they told me it would work! Sigh...okay i'll have to see what i can do about the medals once people are back this coming week.



In the mean time i'll send out more Santa Keys.

Yea. I was gonna call support but a guild mate told me they had the same issue and a few megaphoned as well so I made a forum topic. TY for pinning.

i use the medal when i wasn't equipped another... Now i CAN'T Remove the medal or change it for another medal... So don't use it if u guya haven't another equipped QQ !!!!!!!

If you remove it, it disappears, it doesn't appear in journal or inventory.

I also noticed once I swapped it around to see if I cud get it to get out of my inventory, it caused some of my other medals to not be functional.
I can't equip a few of my medals atm. Also I lost my Christmas Medal too.

NO SAM !!!! I CAN'T REMOVE IT, WHEN I TRY TO REMOVE THE MEDAL A MESSAGE APPEARS AND SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT AN ERROR.

You are able to enchant certain medals using this, which needs to be fixed. IAH had this issue as well.

Not going to touch mine, I'm pretty sure this falls under glitch abuse.

I got on my character today well after remembering that the 25th was the present stuff and whatnot. I got the magician medal for my warlock and out of curiosity I decided to experiment with the medal where I unequipped the medal I currently had on and equipped the magician medal then unequipped it to see if it goes back to the inventory and it disappeared completely. If I get a replacement for my curiosity it would be nice, but overall I don't care about the medal really, 1 less space in my vault lol.

IAH ruled it as glitch abuse and it was rolled back without compensation.

The enchants and soulcrafts on medals are the same as level 1 IM armor. So like +1 to +2 STR/INT/HLT/AGI, +3% evade, etc.

But still no enchanting and soulcrafting the medals. Supposedly there's a way to glitch a medal to become un-equippable. So please no toying around with this glitch.

Whats needed is medals that go in the IM inv. and not the equipment inv. so that when used they add to the medal into the journal

the Paris quest medal works this way as have other past event medals

and the level 80 one was also never fixed so that should also be sent out again when this bug is fixed.
