Well I just got back into Ragnarok after a long break since I used to play on kRO then Someone told me that iRO is f2p now (wish they said something sooner) but anyway I came over to the Yggdrasil server and created a priest, been 5 days since I've made her and shes a level 92 High Priest currently.

This is the gear I have been able to scratch together with barely to no funding, What other pieces of gear and cards do you recommend me going towards with in mind my budget isn't that large. I do have a Raydric card so Im currently trying to decide what Garment to give it too I was thinking either a Valk Mant or a Nid garb.

also at what level can I starting to fight a Undead/demon MVP solo since It sounds like a fun thing to do so any suggestions of easy to kill MVP's would be lovely.

First of all, get some upgrades on that Cross! matk is affected by weapon upgrade, so gogogo! Maybe variant shoes.

And I would recommend a +7ish valk mant, for the Perfect dodge as an ME. (my personal pref)

I was soloing LOD at ~ level 103. Just make sure you have some vit and keep SW up. it makes for some fun times between grinding in nif field.

Valk or Nid works well, whichever what you have. I use both, depends on what mood I'm in that day tbh, I find the nid more helpful in NI3 but the valk more helpful in NI2 so...

If you're 92, Niff 1 will over you some yummy exp as long as you don't over mob yourself.

If I was on Ygg I would help, I know i have some older gear not being used and I love ME Priests in general.

Maybe you should transfer over to Yggdrasil and share your ME related love.

Anyway I got my Divine Cross to +4 and bought a Valk Mant and made it a +5 and carded it with Raydric.

Waiting for more Zeny so I can buy safe certs to make sure they dont break to +7

Good start, keep it up. I can't transfer, I'd loose items that would have to stay on Ymir :(

I personally never run out of SP even without Magnificat, so I'm not sure on the usefulness of Incubus Pet for a ME Priest~

Hello~
First, love the guide so far. It's really helped me figure out what kind of priest I wanna try and especially equips. I was so lost since I've never made a priest before~

Anyway. I was looking for some suggestions on where to lvl until I can get enough points in ME to mob and solo. So far I've been soloing in Pyramid 2F [unless my bf is online then I just party with him]

Equips:
Eden Gear
Stunner [I have my Divine Cross in storage waiting for lvl 70 ;D]
Spiritual Ring
Clip

Eden gear isn't that bad at lower lvl. At ur lv I'd recommend Munaks and Bonguns at Payon Cave 3. Once u reach 60+ try Tamruans at Ayothaya Dungeon 2 (must have completed the entrance quest to enter), beware with MVP tho. At 70+ try Harpies at Juno Field 4 (south of Juno) or Evil Druids at GH St. Abbey (bottom of the GH "entrance" map). You can already do TI at 70+. I hope this helps.

nooooooo don't do that. You lose some of your healing power as well as regen power. As an AB you'll wanna keep every scrap of regen you can.

I see. If I'm going to use SW is it a must to have it at lv9-10?

I see. But is lv7 enough to tank like 5+ mobs? I might exaggerate here but mobbing would be nice >.<

For my AB, I chose to max SW at 10 because my build is pretty squishy as it is and my equipment is as good as it'll get in my case, My vit's pretty much set at 70 =p If you're worried about not being able to mob, I guess you can go for it~ I hope that kind of helped ^^'

And a Question on Skills.
Are Kyrie, Assumption, and Suffragium worth getting some points in?

No offense but why the heck would u pump str and agi o.O A bit of agi may be helpful to fasten casting animation (NOT cast time). Suffra is just useless in my opinion, sacrament is so much better when u become an AB. Assu lv5 is a must for any kind of AB. KE too since it's a prerequisite of praefatio (AB skill), but u will use assu to tank mobs when grinding. You can either leave KE at lv1 or lv4 if u want to have gloria.

I actually have no idea why I pumped Str D: Should I reset that?

Thanks for the input on those skills. I have a better idea of what I want to do now ^^.

You're not battle AB so str is totally unneccessary since gym pass can help u to increase weight limit. As ME AB u can choose to focus on damage (and cast time) (adoramus) or being defensive (sacra/angelus/eucharistica?). There might be more subtypes but idk xD

TI = turtle island? not much an a priest type place.
Greed = blacksmith skill.. So not really applicable to priest. If there are cards and such that do this, you might wanna explain that. Im reading this topic and I dont know what the hell half of what all is being said. This is suppose to be a priest building guide not expert priest guide.

TI for turn in, yes - some turn ins can be quite good for ME AB or just impossible x:

Like Anolian + Nightmare Terror - drop a ME and then Judex Anolians (Same with Ancient Mummy + Arclouze TI)

hey guys :o This is my ME AB. I've been following the guide diligently xD

Posted Image

currently lvl 106. She's lvling just fine but, may i have some MVP tips? :o My main is a FS AB so i got no MVP experience whatsoever.

my SW is lvl 7 cuz I wanted sanc to be at 7 as well since I'd be doing Turn Ins for badges and Job lvls.
But when i tried dracula at 102, SW vanished as soon as I put it down xD. So i'm guessing I either have to get it to 10 or wait til I have higher lvls?

Hope this thread is still alive :D~~

and Xellie your mvp vid almost made it look too easy =3= but it's not hahah.
