Cad/Scad reduction could come handy in game to balance the survivability of all the classes in pvp, but not just with reducing it by 50% which would by my opinion completely ruin what we have been making for 2 years in game.
Let the cad/scad reduction goes as long with the defense/resistance, for example a person with 0 def resists 0% cad/scad received while a guy with cap def (2700 if im correct) pushes his cad/scad reduction up to 50%, same apply for resists and scad.
Also, the assassin skill Weapon Steal will completely ruin the some physical classes such as berserker and warlord due removing its only source of damage after buffs are kicked with "Soccer Kick", these classes will end up with having like 100-400 attack in total and we all know how low that is translated into damage dealt once the physical damage is reduced by the defense, now that cad/scad is reduced as well i believe these two classes wont have any damage at all under these effects.
