De-carding without the use of cash shop item will never bring the success rate up to 100%. De-carding will generally destroy either the equipment or card at a certain rate as well as lower the refinement on the equipment.

Do they have safe certs for that???
Yes they do but not a "cert" thing.
It is oil.

Can I just buy that oil from an autoshop instead of Kafra shop? They got better oil there.

Why would someone put a Maya P on a dress hat is a questionable thing really. I mean, Upper Headgear? Really?
Common to see, dress hat and red wing hat were good alternatives (sorta) back when sunnies were 800m, or even 2bil.

If you would imagine, cards are like consumables.
Once you put them on an item, it is there forever. People who want that card has to hunt it again.
If a new good gear comes out, the person who has the card already has to hunt all over again.
Decarding puts the card into the cycle removing the process of hunting again.
Also, with renewal. Newer and newer episodes and updates come out.
Meaning, new gears appear.
Who would know? Maybe after another year they will be releasing a slotted low gear?
Being still on the topic, the gears that are coming out are not predictable.
Decarding just covers up all the garbage mistakes constant updates give.
