First of all excuse my grammar, im not a native speaker so my english will pretty much suck.

Now on the problem.

I have send 4 tickets already, but everything they say to me is to re-install or delete the patch things and then they close the tickets so i cant get further adivces, a forum thread is what i need.

My problems is with fonts, they are way to small, even more, they does not seem to be the "default font" of the game. but i only say it seems cause actually i can barely read.

Someone have this issue before? anyone can really help me beyond the re-install, re-download, re-patch solutions?

Aaaah! I remember this, what was the fix for it....

Someone else ran into this, like 2-3 years ago, but I can't for the life of me remember what the solution was.

Can you provide some system details? What version of windows, what graphics card, anything unusual about your computer?

ATI Radeon (now AMD) HD 5770

No, i just have a single GPU.

1) Uninstall RO, and reinstall it to a different location (how about C:/Games ).

2) Assuming that doesn't work... play with the windows language settings. Try setting System Locale (Control Panel -> Regions and Languages -> Locale) to English (United States)

From a zoomed view of it, looks like you are using a stylish (kinda medieval) font with arched 'L' and stuff like handwriting. It's a custom font.. if that ring a bell from you because it's probably not a coincidence.

Id try if i were you to make sure win7 is running with default theme first. Then try to think about that medieval font, did you installed recently or not a program with that kinda look or a drawing program like adobe which comes packed with fonts, etc.

Sorry, i was off a few days.

Thx for that suggestion, but it doesn`t fix the problem, i changed to default theme, even more, i unninstalled the rest of them (i use the tune up to manage that) and nothing.

I think you're on your own here - there is something that can cause this, but i've talked to everyone i know of who might know, asked Oda, asked the rest of the RO mods on spark - nobody seems to know. It's something about your software environment that does it - but I don't know what it is.

Now i happen to remember, this problem began just right after a Opera browser update, the all the fonts in the browser after the update were changed and i was switching them arround for my eyes confort... But at the end it was so messed up that i end up unninstaling Opera and switched back to Chrome.

Since then, a very few programs have this issue... Now only RO stays like that, but i dont know... There is a relation there? If not is okay...

Thing is, I just don't know where to go from there.

The issues are almost certainly related - but whether the Opera update broke something, or Opera was broken because of the same underlying problem that breaks RO - I don't know.

This is well outside my area of expertise - I council you to to continue invesigating it as best you can - there is definitely an issue involving font/font size selection on your system. All I can offer at this point is shotgun debugging - fiddling with every setting related to fonts and default font settings. Check Opera support forums for mention of font problems, too - see if they have any mention of settings to change outside of Opera (ideally we're looking for something like "Oh your fonts are messed up in Opera? Go into your (something) control panel and set (x) to (y)")

I SOLVE IT!

I just got a fonts folder from a friend and just overwritte those in my folder, just that simple... If someone happens to have a very RARE problem like this, just call me guys =D!
