Can you log in on a non VIP account?

What would changing your IP address accomplish? Are you trying get banned? Have patience, they are aware of the issue and will fix it in time. You'll more than likely get a extension.

@lainee no, I can't log on my VIP and non-VIP accounts.

@maka Oh my god.. I could get banned if I change my IP address ? even if my ISP provides me with another one ? <<(legal way to change it I guess) and yes I don't think I will get an extension. 3 days of VIP wasted, just saying.

Have you asked the support staff to check if your IP has been blocked for any reason?

Also at what stage of the log in process can you not connect? At account log-in, at server select or at character select?

I think my IP was blocked since my guildies can log in my account perfectly fine..

And, hmmm let's see... stage of the log in progress? At account log in, - failed to connect server.

ok, then write again to them via the support system and ask if your IP is blocked.

You can find out your IP at >>> http://www.whatsmyip.org/ (no need to post that here or anything)

Just when you contact them again, you can then ask specifically is 'this' IP being blocked by Grvaity for any reason.

If they say 'no' - then maybe you are having network and config issues at your end (and not related to all the recent problems), and then can look at getting you some technical support and help on these forums.

I already sent them everything to be exact. My IP, tracert, where I live(so that they will know my time). And yes they told me in an email that they tried it and my log in works. But to my dismay it doesn't that's why I sent another ticket regarding this issue. I'm not wasting any more days of VIP on this stuff. currently wasted 3 days... :facepalm:

I really doubt your IP is blocked. It is much more likely something on your PC is blocking your connection. Try turning off your firewall.

Before changing your IP address, you should know whether your ISP provides you static or dynamic IP. To know your IP address, visit Ip-details.com . Then unplug (or) reset your modem. Again switch on the modem back and check the IP address. If it still remains the same, it is Static(Fixed) IP (or) any changes happen in IP address, it is Dynamic IP.

Method for Changing Dynamic IP:-
1) start->run->cmd->ipconfig/release - Current IP Address
ipconfig/renew - New IP Address
2) reset (or) unplug your modem
