I can't create a Ragnarok account... it says that "You are not allowed to view this content".

Yes, your region is blocked from creating an account here due to request fron your local official ragnarok online provider. You can still create an account and play on iRO by using proxy services.

Just do this. I had the same problem here in germany and created a rose account (i dont play rose). After this it was possible to create a ragnarok acccount.

Me too I can't create a account at Ragnarok and I try it a numbers of times (to create a account)...

You can also go play on the offical servers for those regions, run by companies that hold the commercial rights for Ragnarok Online from Gravity for those countries.

Note, these are not private servers, but official servers like iRO.
