theres another problem with the server, I logged out for just a minute and I can't log back in. But as far as I can see there are other accounts still in the game, probably those that didn't logged out in the last hour or so.

I have this too. After failed to connect, I tried to login few times but I constantly rejected from server.

Yep, def down. Or maybe more like locked up. I diddent get a d/c I just locked up and could not take any action.

The login server is down, the rest of the game is still running from what I can see. (Found a site with server statuses) I'm not sure why It's down though.

Hi, I'm new to RO and I just logged in for the very first time like couple hours ago... and I had to leave the seats and came back, start logging in again and I couldn't do it... does this supposed to happen often (at least it seems like, from what I've been reading in this thread) or is it a patch issue? I questioned myself for patch issue cuz I was able to log in the first time....?

Good thing I never overupgrade with enriched / mighty hammer......if I did, I would always screenie my upgrade sessions so I had proof if servers ever went down (which seems to happen not that infrequently for some) if an item fell below +7 level.

For me I was able to get to server select but not character select once....after that, it was just "Failed to Connect Server." Guess I'll try again after a while; seems like people have had this issue for some time. At least this is stickied at the top for easy reference.
