I figured I'd do some Glast Heim training, and I had just gotten my hands on a Rudra Bow. While I'm sitting on a level ten heal learned through intimidate I can safely wipe through anything I run into. But when I switch any map, or just equip the Rudra Bow, my misc skill for Heal goes down to one. I've tested it a couple times in pvp and swapping maps with rudra equipped. It continues to reset my learned heal. What makes it worse, is that when I remove the rudra bow it completely cancels my learned skill as if I never took the time to go learn it. Makes my skill set when I use rudra completely useless. Any potential fix to this?
