I saw a lot of builds such as the pinned one but people are saying that self heal is really useful for PvE but that build had 0 points on it. I'm really new at this game and I want a PvE ONLY build (I don't really like PvP much) and I want one I can stick to that'd sync along with my noob gear.

This is the most competent Sorcerer in-game and the most competent build.
