The ones which improve your chances to successfuly reinforce a weapon. Where do I find them?

There is a 1% version of those items in the mini-game npc. And there are others that give 10% but are mall items.

Yes, that is why i edited it. When i write that, i went and check if the npc was there: it looks like conveniently those npc vanished only during the reinforcement event.

but i mean wtf you get 1% more gravity fail

Saves you 50 mall pts if u got 99% chance and u dont want to risk the fail.
