been thinking what would be a good card to put into abysmal hat or mid headgear.

then i saw isilia and thought it might be nice. not too expensive either.

would the +30 flee / 50% cast time reduction proc with cart cannon or acidbomb?

also if i have one in top headgear and midheadgear, would it proc more often?

thx~ always answering my nub questions guys.

edit: one more question came up. acid bomb deals 10 hits to a single target. so would that have 10 of 5% procrate?

also cart cannon does 7x7 aoe damage so each time it hits a different target does it have the proc rate also?

Isilla's proc rate is only with magic. Isilla's effect works with anything.

Conclusions are, Cart Cannon and Acid Bomb wouldn't proc Isilla Card effects. Since both skils are Physical Damage

Maybe the only thing able to proc Isilla on a Geneticist would be Demonic Fire, but well, anyone can get a Fireblend and firebolt until Isilla works.

so when using fire expansion lvl 5 that does aoe acid bomb magic dmg, each hit will have a chance to proc?

That's inconvenient since the Isilla effect only lasts for 5 seconds. Either way, the card is not meant for Genetics other than its INT bonus.

you can triger isilla card with some bolts when using elemental sword, but it dont affect CC, AD, DF+FE(but they are magical) for last isilla dont have really good uses for a genetic, but i use one in my sloted bfg for re-sell after i buy black devil mask

Only ever wear my Arta's Black Frame Glasses for the +3 INT XD, but as theyve pointed out itll only proc with Magic

Yeah I made some isilla carded BFG to get 3 INT on my genetic/sorcerer (mostly for pharmacy on the former) but I pretty much stopped using them after getting the Black Devil's Mask.

Isilla card is not to great in renewal compared to how it used to be since all the skills have cooldowns that make your fast cast time no fun since isilla wears off before you can cast again.

Isilla is godly for mage glasses though. I also remember abusing Firewall with this card so I can always get the 50% cast reduction pretty easily.
