60 SP for a single target attack, is far too high, and HARSHLY hinders the leveling speed of rune knights in general. Before the iRO renewal patch, rune knights had an ability called Clashing Spiral, which was a strong, delayed, 1 target single kill on most monsters needed to level. it costs 30 SP to use. Now that you have thrown Clashing Spiral out the window, I am going to need you to consider what you did in replacing it. It now costs 60 SP instead of 30 SP, for a single target monster kill, which is low exp at high levels. Do you have any idea how bad you crippled rune knight leveling, by making Hundred Spears cost 60 overwhelming SP? Dragonbreath is an Aoe attack, and costs just 75. But you made a SINGLE TARGET skill, cost 60 SP. Now my and other rune knights leveling abilities, have been cut in exactly HALF. You cant expect us to buy expensive blue potions over and over and over. We wouldnt gain any zeny that way. So by leaving hundred spears at 60 SP cost you are crippling rune knight leveling, and need to tone it down to at least 30 or even 40 SP. Please do not overlook this, as it is a major issue. People have been leaving this game the past 5 months and the population in general dropped 25% because of annoyances like these. Most of the balance patch is good, but you already nerfed rune knights enough, so at least lower the cost of hundred spears Asap. It's a fair exchange considering you ruined our HP pool, and made dragonbreath alot less useful. Thank you.

HS does better damage, though - and with +9 RWH and nyd mant and SP gear, you should be able to keep it fed with SP. Er, well, no nyd mant cause you need the mora set presumably.

The SP cost is higher than it needs to be, but HS has a lot more going for it than CS, so it should cost more than CS did. Do you have the mora set? Have you seen bellum spear (upcoming)? HS can be made to do some pretty epic damage.


RK is a bit OP if anything after the balance patch. So I don't really have much complaint.

Why are you leveling with Hundred Spears? Ignition Break/Dragon Breath is much faster. Heck.... Even Bowling Bash is faster.

Heimdallr please help out shadow chasers and rune knights. You should really reduce the cost of the sura leveling skills too so that people would want to level up more often. Nobody wants to spend all of their zeny they earn leveling, on blue potions and SP items. Almost all the other classes have a perfectly balanced SP cost. But anyways here is an example, Dragonbreath, an AOE attack, costs 75 SP. A single target attack such as hundred spears just costs way too much.

Why don't you use CS if you don't have enough sp for now then switch to HS later on once you are higher lvl.

RK's have a crappy sp pool
HS costs more than double the cost of CS
be nice if there was a piece of their mora set that reduced their sp cost by like 10%

clashing spiral does 7k damage, and is absolutely useless for "leveling" as a rune knight. Rune knights went from single target killing with 30 SP (spiral) to having to use hundred spears Currently 60 SP. Our leveling ability cut in HALF. Simple math.

All skills are meant for leveling, and pvp. Nid garb is JUNK. Hundred spears does terrible damage without using Ur's manteau. You already know all of this, you're just trying to troll and it's Way too obvious. Your brain is too poor to do it effectively.

RK should have a decent amount of INT as well.
straws dont cost much.
I'd rather BB mob with rwh then HS single target.
I could get 100k dmg on bio2 mobs, 60 (50) sp is worth it.

I believe there is a rune that lets you regen SP every 10 sec so you don't have to cry that you have no more SP.

farm nid, do mora. farm woe 2 dungeons. my guildie is better off than me with just his DB RK for farming, whereas i got all kinds alts to farm but i just cant.

Wow. You are definitely playing the wrong game. Resource management is an essential part of playing. People are giving you legitimate advice and all you're doing is just asking for the GM team walk you by the hand. Do Dally Quen and get some woe blue pots, get strawberries/honey, get some int in your stat build, get a rwh; there are so many different ways of approaching this. Hundreds if not thousands of RKs before you have leveled just fine, before even mora set bonus came out. I'm sure you can manage.
