Guys i try sing accaunt for Ragnarok but have error

if i here you correctly your trying to sign in to RO and you get that error, you should 1st try redownloading if you havnt tried that, otherwise you might have to change some personal setting mabey with firewall to allow you to see the content. Thats as far as i know
