Confirmed Block Defense Bugs

1) Block success exceeds +80%(Maximum): 80% is the intended Max, but is not set to that currently.
2) When Critical Hits occur, Block Defense is applied x2.
These bugs are confirmed by the devs and are currently working on fixed for these issues, however, there is no ETA on an update to fix these bugs.

I know a couple of prots who perfectly enchanted armours with the new xeons whose block rates are above 80% now(probably even took out S1 HP xeons out of their S1 sets to do it which you can't put in again), they must feel very good now LOL. Fixing the block defense x2 bug is good though.
What's next? Declaring crit rate is bugged too? Force people to re-enchant their perfectly enchanted jewels and waste lants spent on event crit ecnhants?

after 2+ months complain abouth this bug, you confirm it? loool. if i would work with this speed every house from me would fal down before its complete.

p.s. just so you know shield fortress at lvl 97 and dna both maxed gives 40% block chance, and i would think the best shield at that lvl would give 46-50% block chance at +30, so you would allready be over the 80% cap, so why did devs change shield fortress if they knew what the cap was supposed to be lol? and what is the point of the 0.4% block success xeons are they only for commies/casters with shields?
