Typically you should focus on the Twin skills.
The Fusion skills are just about useless for PvE. The Twin skills make up the bulk of your damage (Infinite Kicking, Rolling Grable, Sliding Kick, Rising Drop Kick, etc.) while most of your main skills are mostly there for support. For example, you don't want to use Main attack skills like Dragon Upper or Screw Dropkick as your main damage dealers. What you want to do is use Twin skills in succession while attacking on the side to help out. Further, you should mostly be using buffs like Ring From Hell (For F7), and At Light Speed (all the time).
But Fusion skills are very PvP-oriented and take up far too much precious SP to be of any use in PvE.
