tldr:
1. Drastically increase normal pve exp from quests, missions, and bosses
2. Get rid of/reduce f7 exp but allow players to get silver coins to exchange for stuff at gasha machine by doing f7
3. Improve the medal system by adding more fun and more actually useful medals...

Topic:
I think the experience from f7 should be drastically reduced and the experience from killing bosses and running dungeons and doing quests in this game should be drastically increased. Dungeon and boss difficulty could be increased, but I'd like to promote active leveling where players are using their skills instead of just playing a tower defense minigame to level.

Because I think that there should still be reason to do f7, I'd like to see the experience drastically reduced or removed. Instead of gaining a bunch of experience from f7 (why should you get exp when you hardly do anything?), I think that players should gain those coins that you can exchange at the gasha machine for cash items. Maybe there could be silvercoins (since we already had bronze coins from events) that you get every 10 or so levels in f7 (completing the higher stages like 40/40 and 50/50 would give more coins), and it might take a decent amount of coins, but they could be used to purchase cash upgrade items like insurance, reinforced insurance, and randomizers, or at least if we can't get items like that we should be able to exchange the coins for really cool items like permant woodie chairs, profession cash items, the car mount, exclusive cash sets that don't give stats or give mediocre stats, and stuff like that.

Another game that I was playing some that's really popular uses some coin exchange systems for a lot of their minigames and party quests and they seem to work quite well.

The medal system used in this game is something that might want to be looked at as well because most of the medals in the game are really boring to get (run "insert dungeon name" x number of times). Those medals should not be removed because that would suck for those who collected them, but more interesting medals need to be added and the stats on the medals should be balanced. Medals that have to do with quest chains or areas [hero of the ice continent] giving you freeze reduction against mobs and some health and agi, [rare monster hunter of continent of chaos] requiring you to do a quest and kill all the rare field monsters on the continent of chaos and giving you increased drop rate [shark wrestler] giving you increased damage against the monsters in the beach area [cavern explorer], [dragon slayer] giving you increased damage and defense against attacks from dragons (you know to like help with Elga, lols), [the artisan] giving you increased success rate when gathering and crafting stuff for your professions... There just needs to be more medals that are fun to collect and that are actually useful in the game. I have almost all the medals in this game...and we could have a really great medal system, but it needs more fun and more spice! lol
