cant change screen size

Default value is 384x512,but even though i change it to 1280x800 and save, game is starting in window mode and with default screen size.Anyone experiencing the same problem ?

Yes. My default value is 800x600 every time I try to use the Setup.exe to change it I receive an error that will not let me save my changes.

did you run as admin even the iro configuration? did you check full screen?

on one of my laptos this happen, i can run two sizes of ro depending if i apply run as admin before running ro (and depending if I run ro as admin or not)

The setup.exe (the new one that looks like a ghostring) run as admin and it should save the settings.

As a bonus it also allows mouse freedom out of the game window (if you hadn't already ehhh hmm fixed it for yourself)

Using XP same problem can not change it.

How do Windows XP users fix this error?

XP user here too, couldn't save the setup even if running as Administrator.

Fix this every time that I close the game I need to conffigure all my key shortcut. And all the chats. Can not change the size of the game.

Well, thanks to the new patch in exchange for repeatable errors in setup.exe and its impossible to save the changes. Windows XP user here

I experience the same problem.
I have Windows XP SP3 and i cant save the changes in the setup menu.

PLUS THE CASH SHOP BUTTON IS BIG AGAIN,why not put that button at the alt+v thing? SMALL WINDOW=BIG BUTTONS?!, oh god why

Hello I am experiencing the same problem. The thing is first I run the patch, It started well asking to setup my preferences. The second time I tried to start my patch it is not allowing me to go through. The setup screen appears continuously. Can somebody tell me what to do? I am windows XP User. Thanks,

i am going threw the same issue... i would like to see my setup preferences again...

i even tried uninstalling and reinstalling hoping that it would show me the setup preferences again.. but it didnt...

so far.... i tried clicking on the 'start' button and typed in the 'search item' 'setup' and i found the ragnarok set up... so i tried alternating the ragnarok setup... but then i click okay with changes.. but i am still having the same issue lol

Well this is screwed up. I actually DO want it in the windowed mode, HOWEVER----I can't change what resolution I want it at (it's stuck at 1024x800). It seems to also ignore other settings I apply: BGM on/off, other preferences.

I've tried running these things as an admin, but it doesn't save the settings. Please offer some other solutions, or make the client back to how it was >.>

I'm finally being able to save my settings after changing the setup to be run on a compatibility other than Windows XP.

Not sure if this works for everyone.
