Arrow Storm

• Str 1+
• Agi 90-120
• Vit 30+
• Int 40-80
• Dex 90-120
• Luk 1+

Now my question is..besides Flee. What other roles does AGI plays in an Arrow Storm build? I looked that skill up on irowiki and it says cast time animation is ASPD based o_o....eh what da >_>..I thought cast time is based on DEX. But eh. I have 80 AGI right now and I want to be purely Arrow Storm build. So will the cast time animation or so make a difference if I removed the 80 AGI?

...Then again, being a hybrid is good I guess at 150?Since having high AGI will make u hit-lock better and have a moderate ASPD for Fear Breeze and Warg Strike (Luk).

But what do you, Rangiiiies and the RO community think?O:

Purely Arrow Storm build and remove 80 AGI for other stats.
Or Hybrid so that it is useful to hit-lock for fear breeze and warg strike?

Almost non-existent. It's not like Arrow Storm is spammable so you can't utilize on the delay reduction you may get with higher ASPD. To reduce AS cast times significantly, you need High DEX as well as high INT (over 60 at least).

Only a fool would go think it's possible to be 193 ASPD AGI Warg build and also be able to instant cast Arrow Storms that deal 40k to players. You can't be both. It's one or the other.

It's either 193 ASPD Ranger with 100-110 AGI and 100+ LUK
or
Pure Arrow Storm build with max Dex and decent amount of VIT and INT (100+ and 60+ respectively).

So I am a lvl 115 now with 104VIT 70INT and 100DEX.

So I was fooling around with the irowiki stat simulator. So at 147. I will have 120DEX 120VIT and 70INT
So I will have 3 levels of Stat points leftover. And I can put 32points into either STR for weight limit, AGI for little aspd, or LUK for..varieties o.o

But hey. Most 150 rangiiies go hybrid Arrow Storm and Fear Breeze skill right? For WOE and PVP and ET purposes o.o. I think. Like, after you Arrow Storm a monster or player, u finish it off with hit-lock o.o or xDDD

For Rangers, Hybrids are horrible. ASPD rangers who also use Arrow storm tend to run out of SP way too often and Arrow storm builds who put too much AGI can't hitlock for crap.

Reset your stats/skills and feel free to PM me for an optimum build. That's really all I can recommend.

Don't need max Aimed Bolt since you'll never use it. Get Warg Bite max (immobilize for WoE/PvP) or Trap Research Max (extra INT and SP). If you want to save 3 more skillpoints, just get 30 day halter mount rentals and don't bother getting Warg Ride.

Cerluean helped me with my 150 ranger and I am perfectly happy with my Pure AS Build

AGI 1
VIT 105
INT 111
DEX 120
LUK 1
STR 1

I have a 2x Hydra +11 Big Xbow and pretty much 1 shot everyone in PvP with AS (Except Pneuma and Defending Aura)

So wait, which build is more helpful in ET, MvP, WoE? Is it Agi,Agi,AS?

Then again, going from 100 to 120 would cost a lot of stat points. I guess it is more wiser to split evenly between VIT and INT rather than 120 VIt and just 70INT

Okay...I have searched big crossbow on the irowiki database from time to time and it still hasn't showed up yet. Is it bug or. Or is that weapon like exclusively from a Kafra Shop event or so?
Oh and since your a pure AS build. How are you doing in specific events like ET, MVP, and WOE?

The weapon with no upgrade cost me 200m and its a MvP drop. I have high INT for constant AS Spamming in WoE MvP and PvP, do not have to rely on a sp slave or any pots.

As for MvP'ing I do 100k damage with buffs and so far done Eddga, Tao Gunka, Maya, Dark Lord, Phreeoni, Orc Lord and with a sura tank also did hatii. With this build you will be loved in all areas. I get salaried 10m to play woe being an AS build has a lot of advantages

INT is good for AS cast time. Arrow Storm is mostly variable cast, so you don't need Sacrament but more DEX and INT. 100-110 VIT is fine; you can reach around 35k HP with an HP Large Pot.

Agi build is too expensive to fund because you need decent Mora enchants for your White Wing Suit (Need mostly Agi and Luk) and a Beholder Master carded bow to get 193 ASPD. Any ASPD Agi Warg build that has lower that 193 ASPD is a failure.

95 vit is enough (with the job bonuses it will be 100) and use those points in something else, maybe for srt to carry more gears/pots/ etc.
