hello, I have been trying to install ragnarok again. I'm running it as administrator. but when ever i double click on this,
it dramatically slows down the computer, and after a while i am no longer able to do anything with my computer.
Alt + ctrl + del doesnt work to shut down the installer. I had to shut off the power to the cpu.
It corrupted one of my files, but i was able to fix that. I would like to know if this is a known problem for fresh installs.
i know people are having problems after the new patch.
thank you,
anbuSquadSinger

It may seem like alot, but i play this game for relaxation. some people call it a grind. i find it time to just not think about the pressures of my life at the time.
and at this time i have been stressed out. So really, thankyou for your help axylus

Ok, so i really dont want to have to turn off my Avast everytime i want to play. i put the path to my ragnarok into any and all exclusions i could find for avast, and it is still causing the rag.exe to stop working. Anyone out there know of a specific place i should be placing the ragnarok.exe so Avast doesnt target it?

Consult Avast's documentation, ask on the Avast forum, or switch to different anti-malware software.
