Hi Im new here on iRO.
I just downloaded the Full Installer (release august 2012) available at the official website.
I finished installing the game client and started to patch it BUT...
It seems that i cant connect to the patch servers via patcher.
I even tried to visit these websites for manual patch:
ftp://ropatch1.gravityus.com/patch
ftp://ropatch2.gravityus.com/patch
but even on these sites, i cant connect on them.
I just wanted to confirm if there is a server issue that i need to wait to be fixed or there is a regional connection issues since im playing from Philippines.

The servers are currently working.
Check if you can connect to other FTP sites, for example: ftp://ftp.microsoft.com

Seems like i cant connect to any FTP sites.
I just reformatted my PC to windows 7.
Currently researching how to solve this issue.
If you have any solutions regarding my problem, please feel free to post.
Thank you in advance.
What I have done so far:

I suggest that you contact your ISP.
Edit: Wait, what application did you use to attempt to connect to the FTP servers? If you used Internet Explorer, then try using a different web browser or an FTP client.

I used Mozilla Firefox and IE. Problem still exists.
Ragnarok Client (Patcher). Failed to get file.
I contacted already my ISP and it seems the problem is within their service since they themselves dont have access on any FTP sites as well upon testing.
EDIT :
Looks like i need to wait till the issue is resolved.
