I recently started to play RO again, but it has been so long I can remember my old username but not my password or the email I used when I first started yeeeeaaars ago. The WarpPortal FAQ says it needs a fax confirmation to fix anything. Has anyone run into this process and does it work? Thanks for your help.

Now my characters are on Ymir, but the people I play with now are on classic. Do they allow non trans transfers to classic?
