hi i don't usually complain about stuff like this but it's been killing me the past few days. When my loading screen finishes it freezes at 100% for a couple seconds and sometimes it unfreezes to my characters dead body which i couldn't move/use. it's really annoying especially in al2 where it happens the most. The cost of dragon tails plus the -exp. is there any way to help or prevent this?

What kind of lag is it? Do you experience lag at times other than map loading? If so, is it "spiky" or "constant" lag, and if it comes in spikes, can you move your mouse in the RO window during a lag spike?

Also follow instructions in FAQ to take a tracert and post it here so we can see if there's a problem with your ISP?

it freezes while still on loading screen showing 100%. it's like...taking too long to load the in game character and such so it freezes while in loading screen

Please provide the information I requested - we can't really help you without more information.

Let me add to that

Are you running any other programs at the same time as RO? Do you get the same problems if you run RO right after rebooting your computer? What operating system do you run? How much ram does your system have? You have highspeed internet, i assume?


I can think of at least three different things that could cause that sort of behavior just off the top of my head, and they all would need different approaches to fix.

I think I am having a similer problem, every time I start the Ro (not Classic) The game runs pretty smooth till I select my character, then the loading screen of doom rears i head. It finish loading yes, but all I hear is the music of the town I am in. The picture of the loading screen in still there as well, so what is going on?
