Got a email titled "Labor Day weekend is upon WarpPortal, let's celebrate with our events!" say there was a Labor Day event going on but news post it says to visit for more info doesn't exist. Anyone heard anything or is it just the 2x Exp Weekend thing.

plenty of other things still going on during the 2x exp event... theres the last week of the Summer sports event and the Back to school even going on... the effects of the gears from the Summer Sports Festa give the exp bonuses til oct 2nd ... so +20% exp increase + 2x exp event (4x on VIP)... great time to level up

Sadly not really playing till the Expanded classes are added to Classic except for actual events. Just can't building any interesting in leveling the other classes anymore lol. That and I'm in the ps2 beta (Finally no more NDA).
