Hi,
I was wondering what stats should I focus on to increase my damage to clear f1 and f2 fastest. Should I farm for necklace, belt, rings and earrings with high +atk damage, critical damage, critical rate, evade, agility or strength?
I'm currently wearing 2 different chaotic sets (3 apiece) for the bonus +agility and critical damage.

If it's just for fast farming then to add to what Potato said;

-Necklace should be Hero Sign of Kazeura, Premium Agnes Necklace (50 HLT, 6% Crit rate), or Hero Gatekeeper or Hero Secmathian Necklace (w/ stats adding to AGI and HLT at least)
-Rings should be either 2 Hero Secmathian rings (1 melanite and 1 steel for the CD set bonus w/ necklace), or at least one high-star solar ring for the +atk. (10 star+ but will be difficult/expensive), or if you need aim for pvp 2 Kryos rings w/ +aim in soulcraft.
-Earrings should be Aram CR Earrings (check market or farm kundara), BD Hero earrings, or Black Dragon Lord Earrings (CR as well)
-Belt should be a Ryvious Purity belt for the AGI/Aim.

Few set-ups w/ accessories that will help:
-3 Hero VC Accessories for +15% Critical rate. I'd recommend necklace, earring, and a ring. The belt can work too in place of earrings to combo w/ some CR earrings for more.(lvl 60)
-3 Hero Secmathian Accessories for +20% Critical Damage. You can't combo this w/ the VC ones unfortunately.(lvl 70)

As for capes:
-Mysterious Cape of Fog. Level 45, Critical Rate as special option.
-Mutisha's Cloak. Level 53-ish, Critical Damage as special option.
-Rare/Hero Bone Dragon Cape/Muffler. Level 53 Critical Damage is special option too. Hero mode's has higher.
-Boost Pack Signus. Level 55. Movement Speed/Critical Damage as bonuses. Difficult to farm or expensive to buy.
-Blizzard Mufflers Level 66. Several different combinations. Best one is 40AGI/20HLT. Soulcraft some good options like Critical Rate/Damage and aim.
-Rare Paris Wings(Black). Level 70. Some CD as a bonus. Many farm just for cosmetic looks. Low defenses.
-Hero Paris Wings(White). Level 70. Better CD than Rare. Highest defense back item in the game.
-Black Dragon Lord Wings. Level 75. Upto +40% Critical Damage amongst other good options like Critical rate and aim. Recipes are chance to get best options. Expensive to buy.

Yes. 3-3 and CR on accessories and CD on the weapon/backpack is what most Ninjas go for.
That allows you to get quite high AGI combined with CD.
Pro-tip: Most high-level ninjas stack evade aswell on their accessories/IM equips & SC options on equipements.
Your best SC options for Ninja on your equipement (regardless of PvP or PvE) are;
1.AGI.
2.Evade Rate. (if you're an evade stacker)
3.HLT. (if you're not an evade stacker)
Your best SC options for Ninja on your weapon/backpack (regardless of PvP or PvE) are;
1.CD
2.CD
3.CD
Your best SC options for Ninja on your accessories (regardless of PvP or PvE) are;
1.Evade Rate
2.Critical Rate
3.Aim Rate
